I found Pilates 10 years ago as a rehabilitation tool while I was in the RAF. I was a runner. I ran every day, often with weight (thanks to a brief spell with the Army) and I was running fit. Then one day on a gentle run I felt a sudden pain in my hip. On closer investigation it turned out to be a pretty serious overload injury requiring surgery and removal of bone.
If you're looking to lose weight in a controlled and manageable way then our 8-week course is for you. It's highly personal, involving detailed analysis of food diaries and an understanding of your lifestyle and eating triggers.

Mums to be, with an uncomplicated pregnancy can safely carry on exercising during pregnancy with some adaptations.
