At every class the intention is the same, to leave you feeling refreshed and restored in both mind and body. We'll build core strength, increase flexibility and tone and strengthen your entire body to make you feel strong and mobile.
There are classes to suit all abilities, from the complete beginner to advanced. Classes are held in Nansledan, Newquay, close to some amazing shops and fabulous cafes and at Newquay Orchard. In the warmer months I run classes outside at Watergate Bay where the breathtaking views add to the feeling of wellbeing.
