I’d love to welcome you into my membership, you’ll be joining a group of amazing men and women who have committed to putting themselves first and feeling great. You’ll have access to a whole library of online videos from 10 minutes to 45 minutes long. Choose from gentle classes to more advanced and challenging workouts. I’d love to see you in the live classes with the rest of our wonderful community. 

I offer a 7 day free trial period for online Pilates so you can see whether you like the classes and whether they fit with your routine.

Membership is just £25 per month for access to the full video library and live classes.
